As the owner of Extant Investment, a successful investment real estate brokerage and property management company, Tyler has consistently been able to innovate some of the best acquisitions and asset management strategies in the industry. His work with clients to maximize their strategic objectives and financial deal structures over the last 14 years has created high demand for Tyler to teach and speak. Tyler now uses his skill set to help create superior real estate deals leveraging tokenization and blockchain technology.

David is a software engineer with over 15 years experience building and maintaining database-driven web applications for institutional implementation. David is a serial entrepreneur, creating multiple software businesses that supported explosive growth for his clients. David’s focus is to design software tools that create the best user experience for investors to manage real estate assets and raise capital seamlessly.
Tom Whitehill
VP of Technical Strategy & Engineering
Tom is a computer science engineer, certified blockchain architect and software technology expert with 30 years of experience in the commercial and IT software industry. Tom was the lead architect on many successful software development projects for cloud and enterprise software used by startups and multi-billion dollar companies. He specializes in distributed systems computing and teaches software engineering and architecture as well as consulting on “best practices” for the blockchain industry with a focus on safety, security, and efficiency. Tom’s experience and skill set has been imperative to ensure the software REtokens offers our clients is made for regulation, with accurate, efficient operations on the blockchain.
