How to Sign Up and Invest on Our Platform

Step 1: Sign Up with Your Email​
  1. Enter your email address on the sign-up page.
  2. You will receive a magic link in your email inbox.
  3. Click the magic link to be redirected to the registration page.
Step 2: Complete Your Registration​
  1. Fill in your details:
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  2. Submit the form to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Create Your Investment Profile
  1. Choose the type of investment profile:
    • Personal
    • Joint
    • Company
    • Retirement Account
  2. Self-accreditation: Indicate if you are an accredited investor.
  3. Investment Capacity: State your investment capacity.
  4. Name your banking account: This will be referenced in your profile (e.g., “David’s Personal Account”).
Step 4: Explore Offerings
  1. After creating your profile, you can now view all available offerings on the platform.
  2. Download and view all offering documents, including:
    • Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs)
    • Operating Agreements
    • Subscription Agreements
    • Offering Memorandums
Step 5: Verify KYC & Accreditation
  1. If interested in an offering, click the Verify KYC button on the offering page.
  2. You will be directed to a page to upload your documentation for KYC and Accreditation:
    • Driver’s license
    • Passport
    • Bank statements
    • Letters from CPAs, etc.
  3. Once uploaded, the issuer will be notified, and our platform admin will ensure these documents are sent to our KYC/AML provider, Alloy.

Note: This process will soon be automated.

Step 6: Receive Green Light for KYC & Accreditation
  1. Once Alloy gives the green light, the issuer will verify your KYC and Accreditation status on the platform.
  2. You will then be able to log back in and proceed to the next step.
Step 7: Confirm Your Investment Intent
  1. On the offering page, the button will now say Confirm Intent.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to invest, ensuring it meets the minimum amount set in the PPM.
  3. Choose which investment profile to invest from (if you have multiple profiles).
  4. Click Confirm Intent, and the issuer will be notified.
Step 8: Final Approval by the Issuer
  1. The issuer will double-check your KYC and Accreditation status.
  2. Once approved, you will be notified that your investment has been approved
Step 9: Sign Subscription Agreement & Documents
  1. You will receive an email with a link to electronically sign the Subscription Agreement and initial other offering documents.
  2. After signing, you will be shown the Wiring Instructions for the issuer’s escrow account.
  3. The issuer will be notified and will countersign the documents.
