As the owner of Extant Investment, a successful investment real estate brokerage and property management company, Tyler has consistently been able to innovate with some of the best acquisitions and asset management strategies in the industry. As the CEO of REtokens, Tyler is now driving the industry evolution around tokenization.
David is a software engineer with over 15 years experience building and maintaining database-driven web applications for institutional implementation. David is a serial entrepreneur, creating multiple software businesses that supported explosive growth for his clients. David’s focus is to design software tools that create the best user experience for investors to manage real estate assets and raise capital seamlessly.
Robin E. Sosnow, Esq., J.D., M.B.A., is an entrepreneurial business lawyer representing REtokens in the evolutionary tokenized real estate industry. She is passionate about helping startups and small businesses grow and succeed. With a joint degree in law and business, Ms. Sosnow takes a value-added approach to supporting her clients, partners and team. She is actively engaged in expanding the firm’s presence in the burgeoning startup community.
